Risk Scores and Visit Planning

Patient risk scores for all enabled Risk Models will be viewable on Visit Planning, with color to indicate the corresponding risk level. Users can hover over risk factor-based risk scores and the Charlson Comorbidity Index to see the breakdown of contributing risk factors.

The print view of Visit Planning will include all enabled Risk Model risk scores without color.
