Quality measures overview

Measuring and reporting quality of care is a core responsibility for health centers. The Quality Measures module helps you view, explore, and analyze quality measure performance across your patient population.

The module includes mapped standard measures, such as UDS measures, and also supports custom measures that health centers define to meet local reporting and improvement goals.

See all measures at a glance

The overview screen provides a high-level view of all configured measures and how performance has changed over time. For each measure, you can see a trend line showing compliance across recent rolling years, along with progress toward any measure targets that have been set.

You can use filters on this screen to:

• Focus on specific measures or measure sets (for example, UDS or pediatric measures)
• Review performance for selected primary care providers or locations
• Assess progress toward quality targets to support monitoring and improvement efforts
