Quality Measures overview

Measuring and reporting quality of care is a key task for health centers. The Quality Measures module facilitates viewing and exploring of quality measures. Several measures, including Uniform Data System (UDS) Reporting measures, will be mapped; health centers can also create as many of their own measures as they’d like.

Overview screen

The overview screen provides a glance at all measures, including a trend line of measure compliance over the past several rolling years. This view can be filtered to specific measures and measure sets that have been configured (e.g., UDS measures, pediatric measures). Additional filters can also be applied to look at specific primary care providers, locations, and more.
