Relevant Outreach Overview

Relevant Outreach is an add-on module that allows health center staff to leverage the data in Relevant to create text-message broadcasts that reach specific groups of patients. Health centers use this module for a variety of use cases, including:

• FIT kit reminders & instructions
• Diabetes & hypertension recall
• Patient satisfaction surveys
• COVID-19 booster scheduling
• Well child reminders
