Relevant Investment Time

Investment Time is a two-week period during which Relevant pauses day-to-day support work to tackle strategic projects that will enhance long-term usability, efficiency, and reliability.

During Investment Time, Relevant focuses on internal projects to improve the long-term health of our platform and services. Below are a few of the types of projects we consider:

• Build new, broadly useful tools
• Revitalize existing training materials and documentation
• Strengthen our data foundation (e.g., additions to the Relevant Data Model)
• Explore new trends and technologies

Most regularly scheduled meetings with Relevant are canceled during this time, and work on ongoing projects is paused. Your Relevant lead will be in touch to plan ahead, taking any unique circumstances into account (e.g. current implementation). We still monitor our support inbox, but response time is delayed for requests that are not extremely urgent.
