Implementation Overview
During implementation, we have three goals:
- Help your health center realize value with Relevant as quickly as possible;
- Help your team build a thorough understanding of Relevant’s capabilities; and
- Establish a strong working relationship between your health center and Relevant.
Although some health centers finish earlier, our standard implementation runs for 14 weeks, beginning when a contract is signed and ending at Go-Live.
Implementation workstreams
- Setup and configuration (Weeks 0–2). Tasks include connecting to your EHR and configuring the nightly data extract.
- Data mapping and validation (Weeks 3–14). The focus here is ensuring that data in Relevant is mapped appropriately based on your health center’s specific EHR workflows.
- Core team training(Weeks 3–14). While mapping and validating data, we’ll also be using Relevant together, sharing documentation, and answering questions about our technical architecture, capabilities, and common use cases.
- Go-Live and Rollout planning (Weeks 9–14). Towards the end of implementation, we focus on plans for user adoption. Which staff at your health center will begin using Relevant at Go-Live, and what training will they need? Which components of Relevant will we roll out in the months following go-live, and how will we manage that adoption process effectively?

The Relevant team is eager to work with you to complete a successful, on-time implementation! Please note that implementations extending beyond 16 weeks require the use of professional services hours. This deadline is designed to keep us moving forward together, and to ensure that all health centers have access to our implementation teams.
