About Relevant Analytics

Relevant Analytics is a web-based data analytics and population health management tool built for community health centers. Relevant provides and hosts a data warehouse that can extract and integrate multiple data sources, and most importantly EHR data, to power visualizations for reporting needs, quality improvement initiatives and clinical operations. Relevant Analytics can be made accessible to users across the organization, from providers and front desk staff to data analysts and administrators.
